The first painting of a thematic series I'll be showing for my up-coming solo exhibit at the Thinkspace Gallery, in June. All the works will be dealing with pregnant moments and ambiguous narratives. A lot of noir influence ~

...Will show and tell more once the show comes closer :]

It's the only song I know by them, but I liked how that line could work both ways -- finding beauty in the breakdown or being beauty in the breakdown :]

Its a lovely and powerful opening to your new series. Goodluck with your new show I adore the shadows the lighting and the bits of detail, including the hearts its full of a lot of emotion and a beautiful addition to your ever growing magnificent collection of work. :+favlove::love:

Very beautiful.. I hear the song in my head from the title, as I look at the piece. Her emotion is great, and the bedding and shadows is just amazing.
