Playing with my fishbowl symbolism from an older work called "The Trick is to Keep Breathing".

I've always built a relationship between the water world and our personal world, so I decided to take that one step further and introduce them as one rather than as indications of each other. With the girl also breathing bubbles, it suggests a stronger tie to the fishbowl than merely just as owner and pet.

This is interesting. I have a whole series of imagery with cities in fishbowl. Infact I just did a huge instillation in Second Life called "A Fishbowl View"

I really enjoy the hair in this one. The percentages in which you have applied your colors also work very well. The bright blue building in the bowl draws me from her beautiful blue eye down the entire painting and ending at the blue in the bowl. Perfectly done. You rock.
